Apple Juice: is a good cleanser of the digestive tract, a cleanser of the gall bladder and liver. It is recommended for healthy hair, skin and fingernails.

Beets Juice: is good for low blood pressure, heart trouble, poor circulation, blood cleansing as well as builder. It is not recommend­ed where diabetes is present.

Cabbage Juice: helps in the case of stomach and duodenal ulcers. It contains Vitamin U, the anti-ulcer factor. To improve flavor, add the juice of carrot and celery.

Carrot Juice: is the most popular vegetable juice. It contains practi­Cally all the range of minerals required by the body, especially high in Vitamin A, the healing vitamin. This makes it of inestimable value in cases of asthma, hay fever, cataracts, deafness, bronchial trouble, lung trouble, liver, gall bladder and kidneys. It has been used suc­cessfully in cases of ulcerated and cancerous conditions, gall stones and kidney stones, for improvement of eyes, beautifying the hair and skin, for making any part of the body healthier and restoring pep and energy. Celery Juice: has almost as great a flavor as carrot. It has a great effect on the nerves, dissolves calcium deposits in the system as occur in cases of arthritis, high blood pressure, hardening of the arteries, inflammation of the nerves, rheumatism, neuritis, sciatica. It is also effective in correcting inflammation of the urinary tracts, due to its high alkaline property. Eight stalks of celery makes one glass of juice

Cucumber: is known as a beauty aid when applied to the skin. It is equally effective when taken internally. The juice can be applied to the face and neck morning and night after thoroughly cleansing the skin. Be sure to use the skin, as most of the value lies there. It is especially high in silicon and fluorine which is essential to health of the skin, hair and fingernails. It is also rich in sodium and has proved to be very valuable in dissolving calcium deposits in such cases as high blood pressure, hardening of the arteries, arthritis, gall stones and kidney stones.

Garlic Juice: It has been known for centuries that garlic eaters have a very low incidence of high blood pressure. The juice is also useful in infectious conditions of the throat or chest and as a worm expellant.

Grapes: have become famous on account of publicity given to the cure for cancer. They are great cleansers of the body, useful in cases of anemia, low blood pressure, and sluggish liver. It should not be used in cases of inflammation of the digestive tract or diabetes.
